I’ve been meaning to say this for a while now . I can’t seem to get the right Kenyan talent for Spairally .
Leave the engineering aside - even sales . There is almost zero drive and creativity to build something world class .
Working at Spairally means you get a clean canvas , and Da Vinci away . I can’t speak much of the art . But I end up having to paint over the sketches .
