@ssmchannels Preacher curls for 10 reps, and then immediately into dumbbell preacher curls until exhaustion. One arm until exhaustion and then the other arm until exhaustion. If you start failing around 7 reps you can use the other arm to spot it until 10. Always have a burn the following day

Fellow Gym Rats: What is your favorite bicep exercise and why? Mine is the Alternating Dumbbell Curl. I like that you can truly get a full range of motion and focus on each arm at a time.
