6 years ago today, I wrote my first blog post ever. I was a 12 year old kid who had no idea how much his life would change, just because of this one decision. Because today, I have 16.7 million words under my belt. They have made me a bestselling author and world record holder at 14, an award winning poet at 16, and now an entreprenuer at 18: Building the life and business of my dreams on the bedrock of that single thought 6 years ago, "This sounds cool. Let's do this." Because the truth is, you never know which idea, decision, question or initiative will turn your life around. And you can either take that as a scary realization that stops you from doing things, or a liberating realization that gives you the power to believe that you can change your life at any moment, on any day, in any situation—if you're just courageous enough to make a decision. I hope this little snippet of my story helps you make the choice that empowers you. Believe in Yourself. It works. You can trust me on this one :)

I sincerely believe that there are moments in life where the simplest of things make the biggest shifts in you. For me recently, that simple thing has been just 3 words: TRUST THE PROCESS. I've noticed that the best moments of my work, or my state of peak performance, comes about when I relinquish control. When I am in a coaching call and rather than thinking, "What should I ask next?" I am one with the flow. Or when I am writing, and the words aren't pushed into existence, they just channel themselves through me. And that's how I realized, the biggest barrier in my growth is...me! The more I try to control, the more I suffer. But the moment I trust the process, and become the doer who's aligned with a source of power greater than him, magic happens. And that's why I choose to trust the process. Because everything is perfect as it is. May be hard to believe, but if you really center yourself in this moment, you'll realize that it's true. And when that becomes your truth, you no longer strive for your goals because you lack something. Instead, you strive out of curiosity to explore all that life has to offer. And in that state, letting go of control, and trusting the process becomes effortless. Because you are not attached to the results, you can give your all in the moment that really matters, which is now. And what you get turns out to be even better than what you could have expected:) The magic exists. The question is, will you let the magic find you?

We are all going to celebrate a new year very soon. Our calendars will say 2026. New goals and vision boards will come in our lives. But if we're the same person, we won't actually live in a new year. We'll just live 2025 on repeat. So if you truly want to live a new life in 2026, don't start by setting goals. Instead, consciously decide today, "Who do I want to be?" and take steps to become that person. Ultimately, a new year doesn't change your life, a new YOU does. Become that new YOU today :)

If you can do one thing right, you can do everything right. And that's why small things matter so much. Because if you show up with commitment and excellence even when it's not really important, you will definitely shine when you do the stuff that matters.

What happens is not always in your control. But how you feel about it is ALWAYS in your control. And those who achieve big have mastered the art of directing their feelings towards empowerment rather than victim hood.

The reason I felt stuck for a long time was because I thought change would be a glamorous, exciting thing. But now that I've understood that real growth is in doing the boring, unglamorous stuff with intensity and consistency, everything has changed for the better!

Your emotions control your actions. Now, if you're not in control of your emotions, that's bad news. But if you master the skill of controlling and directing your emotions and the energy they carry, you become unstoppable.

Positivity works when you do. Focus works when you do. Strategies work when you do. Without your efforts, no trick or strategy will work—no matter how fancy it is.

@thesakshishukla I love your honesty and wittiness. Very few people on here proudly step into the thoughts and opinions they have. And even fewer do it with respect and compassion. You're one of them.

What's the one line in a poem that's stayed with you ever since you read it? I'd love to know! (My favorite one comes from Amanda Gorman's The Hill We Climb): So, while we once asked, how could we possibly prevail over catastrophe, now we assert, how could catastrophe possibly prevail over us?

Generosity is powerful. Because the truth about humans is that our energy is not a limited resource. The more positivity we share, the more positivity surrounds us. And that's why being generous is one of the best things you can do for yourself and for others.

You don’t have to sort everything out to take back control of your life. You don’t have to make big, loud, impossible changes to make your dreams a reality. You don’t have to believe that just because you’ve spent years living a certain way, you can’t change now. All of those are false beliefs. Because you can change, you can live your dreams, and you can do it in a non-disruptive way. And you can restart on any day, at any age, at any stage of life. You just need to ask yourself, “Would I like the life I have when this action gets multiplied by consistency and time?”

Doing your best is easy when you look at the cost of not doing so. It's not too much right now, but take the time to map out the cascading effects of your choices a decade or two into the future, and they'll scare you enough to push you into action now.

The best thing about life is that you can change it at ANY point you want. The only condition is you must accept responsibility for it. And if you can do that, you can honestly do anything.
