@ashumadan4 I just want to know what is the time period u consider for "long term" ...bcs in every decade there r corrections and drawdowns but nvr evr markets became 0. If u invest money u dnt want in good assets then I dnt think anyone has ever sitting on losses, unless u think LT is 1 yr

With so many injuries due to so much cricket tht is played round d yr, once must think about shorter ipl formats to retain more players in good health and retain more viewers. 65 days is too big, ppl gets bored & plyrs may nt remain fit through out. How about below format +

They shld mk 2 groups of 5 each, play each other in group twice (ie 40 matches), then top 3 of each group plays super 6, plays once agst each team ( 15 matches) and then the top 4 will play K/O with eliminator (4 matches) ...total 59 matches in 50 days ? More interesting?

@bhogleharsha D tourn is too big, 1stly thy shld reduce it to like 45 days from 65 days. It is too big, ppl lose interest, either thy skip initial matches or in d mid thy just go away to watch k/o. I feel to hv players fit for 70 day tourn is difficult cnsdrg amt of crkt hppng round d yr
