My trading account has been suspended for days with error:

@hdfcsec I connected directly with the Demat unit, but I am still not getting any proper resolution from them. Even they are asking me to follow the same process that I had already completed earlier when I updated my new bank account for trading purposes.

Very disappointing experience with @hdfcsec and @HDFC_Bank.
Despite successfully updating my bank account and maintaining sufficient balance, my trading account is still suspended with error:
“EQU-3174636 is suspended on all Exchanges in all products”

@IDFCFIRSTBank Took 2 months just to say mandate details won’t reflect on chequebook/passbook — something that could’ve been clarified on day 1.
Was told it’s “under process” all this time. This isn’t a delay, it’s poor communication and zero accountability.

Pathetic service. My payment from a government firm is stuck for 4 months due to your incorrect account update. After completing all formalities,father’s name is still not reflecting. No response on SR 1146342550. Is this the service you promise?

@IDFCFIRSTBank If this is how you treat an NRI customer after opening an account, I can only imagine what Indian customers go through. How is this bank even functioning? Absolutely pathetic service and zero accountability.
