@PravdaBrian Trading Standards Officer, wrote prosecution reports for both the Sheriff and the Crown Office, as they were not up with Trading Standards legislation (each way offences for things like counterfeiting/fraud/Consumer Credit) we had to include precedent and sentencing guidance

2. Sent to Saughton and hancuffed in the dock - jail time. Lighter sentence he'd have gone home until sentencing
My guess 4 years with time off for guilty plea. Served in Saughton.

People are exhausted by politics hence the low turnout at the Scottish Parliamentary Elections, they feel they are not being listened to and can’t get their arguments heard. When-politicians do not listen to logical and sensible ideas they fail the people!

You can see why people warm to him if they do not look too closely. But you can also see he is still very much part of the establishment.
