Great result our 4 racing at Gatorade race today. Olympic resulted in 2nd Open Male, 1st Open female, 1st 1519 Male. Sprint 11th female 2529

Day 2 of the camp kicks off with an 11km run with 500m+ climbing. @barkmeyer4 @meadosity @Walsh1361

Again our athletes demonstrated their mental toughness, 3.5 hour ride into strong headwind entire way, run off bike and open water swim

Day 1 of our 3 day mini camp starts tomorrow. We are looking forward to some change of scenery and training with like minded people.

@trisutto @WouterBellemans agree Sutto. Biggest miles should be delivered close to the event, not several months b4 especially 4 ironman.

No swim squad this week. Open Water swim tomorrow at Eppalock 6:30am sharp, meet at Eppalock shop.
