These students demonstrated curiosity as they explored pictures of baby animals & their adult counterparts. After reading a short story on baby animals, they collaborated & highlighted the features of each animal & discussed how the baby & adult animals are alike and different.

At this age, subitizing is a BIG deal! We practiced using nonverbal cues when we were ready to share, showing our numbers and subitizing….recognizing numbers fast! Getting our bodies moving helps to retain information as well! #prek
