Producer Rick Kupchella has said in recent interviews that A Precarious State was inspired – at least in part – by conversations with friends and colleagues about what’s happening in Minnesota today. The film includes a range of voices and perspectives, and we’re grateful to everyone who was willing to have these honest, sometimes difficult conversations on camera.
