Today, Children’s Day is dedicated to the Ogbomoso Children. To the children in the forests. To the children without safety, without protection. To the children who now fear the same classrooms that should have held their dreams. Children deserve safety. They deserve care. They deserve love from the country they call home. This can never become our new normal.💔

Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria PFN led a protest in Lagos today against insecurity in the nation. Traditional media like the NTA and other TV stations did not report it. Even the radio stations did not report it. They don't want to offend Tinubu and his boys.

Perhaps it is time we give credit as much as we criticize. I have been very critical of the institutional church bodies in Nigeria. But lately, PFN Youth, under this man's leadership, has started doing the very things we complained they were not doing. The AGO's message, which we all lauded, came from the conference PFN Youth organized. The conference was held in Abuja. I do not need to tell you what that costs. It runs into millions. But the cost is not even the main thing. The impact is. Now I saw him standing behind Pastor Yemi Davids, leading a protest regarding the killings of Christians in Nigeria. Again, that is no small thing to do, considering the kind of socio-political relationship the church has historically had with the government in this nation. I am saying that if we were critical, and still are, then we should also give massive credit and massive support when our representatives are doing the right things. Well done, Apostle Immanuel Iren. And well done to PFN Youth too. You have our support.

The Church is not quiet. While we prayed, danced and hoped, we equally took it to the street to voice out our frustration to the highest insecurity, injustice and corruption in our Nation.

i just finished my theatre list. 4 main surgeries. one of them, you only read it in textbooks, very rare. Some obgyn may never see it in their career. i took it as a teaching session. I, myself have never seen it before. my senior consultant who was my assistant was really impressed with my four surgeries with him. you know what?... when I posted the "Life is spiritual tweet", I was about entering the theatre. I asked for God's name to be praised in the theatre!... and He answered. Lord, I give all the glory to you. You were clearly in that operating room today.

Let's clear this once and for all! In Nigeria, there’s nothing like ‘student doctor’ after graduation. Once inducted by the MDCN, you get a doctor, whether house officer or resident. Calling qualified doctors ‘student doctor’ isn’t just wrong, it’s disrespectful.
