It’s time to hold everyone involved in the effort to use Maryland regulators to attack prediction markets accountable.

Cronyism at its finest.

Prediction markets are bipartisan. 67% of voters agree that adults should have the freedom to decide for themselves whether to use prediction markets. That includes 64% of Democrats and 74% of Republicans.

Up to $34B in prediction market trading went offshore last year. But the good news is: From 2024-25, the regulated U.S. market grew 4.8x faster than offshore, shifting activity into supervised, compliant environments. People will trade regardless. The real choice is whether it happens here or elsewhere.
