Community engagement today ..😎 It was an absolute pleasure today to be asked to attend Lower Heath School , Prees , Shropshire.. The children were amazing and so much enthusiasm and engagement from the children and teachers.. job well done 👍🏻

Prees fire station carried out a 2 minutes silence as a mark of respect for the Queen’s funeral today.

CFO Rod Hammerton and Cllr Eric Carter, Chair of Shropshire & Wrekin Fire Authority have expressed sadness at the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II. "HM The Queen was a much loved and respected monarch and our thoughts are with the Royal Family and the nation at this sad time."

Very proud moment for Prees Fire Station in Shropshire. We have taken delivery of our new community fire appliance… It’s a new scania built by Emergency one . It’s 1 of 10 new appliances rolling out across the county….

Incident:📟 Mobilised at 17:23 to a Combine Harvester on fire at @SoultonHall. Assisted by @PreesFire_SFRS @SFRS_Shrews and 2 ISU’s from @SFRS_MDrayton @SfrsWhitchurch. Fire spread to field. Fire extinguished using 2 BA, 1 main jet, 2 HRJ’s and 2 lances from ISU’s.
