1. For lots of people the hardest part of the paper to write is the discussion. Here is a a very brief guide: Paragraph 1: is a restatements of the two or three most important conclusions (starting with "here we showed", each conclusion gets 2-4 sentences).

We have just launched our seminar series at @CPWOP_NTU and HRM dept. Our first speaker is Dr. Yujie Cai from Skema where he discusses wellbeing, thriving at work and HRM outcomes. A highly relevant topic that has a mix of academics, practitioners, alumni and PhDs in the audience.
