@daniilkozin I believe there's something called a clarity session and it can be between the marketing head that understands the product and the Motion Designer who can convey the message, and it should be done before the actual work starts. That's something I would do

@PreizMotion brief is just "what problem does this solve and who cares" written down. most teams skip it because writing forces clarity they don't have yet

Most revision loops aren't a design problem. They're a brief problem. There are only 3 videos every Web3 product needs, and each one is for a completely different audience. Mix them up and you'll be on revision 7 before you understand why. Launch Video → emotion first
