One of the hardest problems in launching a trading platform isn’t getting signups. It’s getting users to deposit & place their first trade. We’re seeing this with @KyanExchange. Signing up is curiosity. Trading is trust. It requires: ✅clarity ✅confidence ✅predictability Especially in derivatives, where being wrong is costly. Why did we choose a private mainnet launch for @KyanExchange ? Most crypto launches open the doors to everyone at once. That works for some products. But derivatives infrastructure is different. When real capital enters the system, risk models and execution paths face real market pressure. Starting with a smaller group lets us: ✅ Monitor performance with real capital ✅ React quickly to unexpected issues ✅ Fine-tune execution and risk before scaling Once the system proves itself, we’ll open the doors wider.

What’s the point of advanced trading features if execution doesn’t let you use them? Many platforms compete on: • more instruments • more order types • more tools But traders care about one thing: Will my trade execute the way I expect it to? In derivatives infrastructure, execution > features.

Onchain derivatives didn't fail because of lack of demand. They failed because of infrastructure. Traders are forced into compromises: ❌ Positions treated in isolation ❌ Overly conservative margin ❌ Strategies that are routine in TradFi become awkward or impossible @KyanExchange is built to solve these problems once and for all.

No amount of internal testing can replicate real users. You can simulate markets, write thousands of test cases, run staging for months, but once real traders touch the product, everything changes. While testing Kyan, the community surfaced execution friction, edge cases in portfolio margin, and UX improvements we wouldn’t have found ourselves. Building in public only works if people show up. This community did 🙏
