@zillow @PremierAgent So, I’ve gotten a new manager assigned to my case, John Dozier. He is not answering nor returning calls or emails. What other actions, other than already contacting my bank and disputing the fraudulent charge, could I take?

Y’all, has anyone had a similar experience with @zillow? I signed up for their #zillowpremieragent racket, cancelled after a month and still got charged. Now, it’s been two weeks and they won’t return my calls. #scam

@PremierAgent sent a msg to your office. You have my license info as being expired, which it’s not, and then when I entered the new expiration date (2024) it says my license is associated with someone else. What???
