@premierinn My husband had a stay booked with you starting tomorrow but we've had to move it to September however he has still received an email reminder saying we're looking forward to seeing you for tomorrow (17th May). Are the reminder emails automatic or is it an error? He has the email with the new dates on.

@premierinn trying to get through to hotel to book a restaurant all number are invalid. WhatsApp isn't accepting new chats and the online chat service tells me noone is available and to call customer services, which obviously doesn't work. What should I do?
