Why is the Fiji Law Society mute on the appointment of Alipate Qetaki to the judiciary when he was found guilty by the Independent Legal Services Commission? This appointment does not meet the criteria under Section 105 of the Constitution.

Such a fundamental breach and the Fiji Law Society did not utter a word when it did so freely, frequently and openly during the term of the FijiFirst Government. Why the hesitation now Fiji Law Society?
