@PrepKitchenUK Hi - sent an email last night regarding my order #307371. It says it was shipped on the website but I haven't had a delivery and there is no delivery info with DPD? Please can you update me?

@nialldumigan Hi Niall, thank you for your feedback. I'm afraid we do have to put a strong seal on our meals as in the past, when we have used a different type of film, it has caused a lot of split/damage to our meals whilst in transit. Apologies for any inconvenience!

@PrepKitchenUK Was going to try you out but really disappointed in the vegetarian options. Not much available and most of them are also spicy so basically no options for me as I can't handle spicy food 🫤

@fuckyeahrobpttz Hello Aredhel, I'm sorry to hear that your box hasn't been left in its safe place. We have no control over individual drivers but 99% they follow the instructions correctly. We would advise to download the DPD app and update preferences, drivers are more responsive to this!

@PrepKitchenUK so happy it is not raining right now. What is the point of telling your drivers to leave the parcel with a neighbor if you are not in if they are just going to live it at the front door every time? This was my first Prep Kitchen too 🥺.

@lukeredpath Hi Luke, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused regarding the seal. Last year we upgraded our sealing machine to a stronger seal, as unfortunately DPD can be a little heavy handed with our boxes sometimes and we really wanted to ensure that the meals would not split in transit

@PrepKitchenUK a bit of feedback - should the plastic lids for the meals be soo difficult to remove? Sometimes I need to resort to cutting them off. Also, what do we do with the increasing number of cool packs and foil insulating bags? Are these recyclable?

@lukeredpath Hi Luke, apologies for the delay, we have a new team that now look after Twitter for us. DPD are the only courier that offer fresh food deliveries in the UK and 99% of the time are great, can you let us know what the issue has been please?

@DPDgroup_news I requested my parcel be left by my back door or with a neighbour, instead the driver leaves it by the front door I full view of everyone. What’s the point in specifying my safe place?
