The #BC River Forecast Centre has UPGRADED the High Streamflow Advisory to a Flood Watch for the Bulkley River and tributaries around #Smithers & #HoustonBC. A High Streamflow Advisory has also been issued for the Central Coast including the Atnarko River, Bella Coola River and surrounding tributaries. TODAY at 1:55PM, the #BC Emergency Alert system will be tested. The public will hear an alert tone & receive a test message on radio, TV & compatible cell phones. Emergency Alerts are sent to all LTE connected phones & no personal info is collected. emergencyinfobc.ca/test
