@ViktorBunin Try reducing his afternoon nap duration, really helped me with my twins 😁

My 2yo son used to fall asleep immediately as soon as I put him down. Now he stays awake for 45-60 minutes after we put him down. Tried putting him down later, but he still stays up. Any advice from parents?

Spending over a decade in such a demanding environment has taken a toll on my physical health. For over 9 months, I battled severe back pain, unable to move without medication or injections, and sought treatment through various methods and trainings, traveling to meet many experts before urgently needing surgery. This experience taught me a tough lesson: it’s crucial to listen to your body, take care of yourself and your family, and prioritize what truly matters. Don’t let toxic people affect you; surround yourself with close friends and trustworthy individuals, learn to detach from the noise, and focus on what truly matters to you. It’s a long journey of learning, but it’s the path that can truly bring you happiness and joy.
