Preservation Month – Infrastructure The United States Post Office and Court House (Richard C. Lee United States Courthouse) 141 Church St. (1913-19) 141 Church St. originally contained a Post Office on the 1st floor. It was converted into courtrooms in 1981-85.

Preservation Month – Infrastructure 100 Crown Street (1903) The New Haven Water Company was established in 1849 to bring water to the city. 100 Crown St. was built as the company's headquarters in 1903, designed in the Late Renaissance Revival style by architect Leoni Robinson.

Preservation Month – Infrastructure Grand Avenue Bridge (1896–98) The bridge is in the Quinnipiac Historic District, a rare ex. of a 19th c. maritime community. The bridge replaced the 1791 bridge and has become an iconic part of Fair Haven. Restored in 2022 by the City.

Preservation Month - Infrastructure Fair Haven and Westville Railroad, 36 River St. (ca. 1888) The Fair Haven and Westville Railroad (later the Connecticut Co.) ran streetcars starting in 1860 and 36 River was built as a power station and workshop to support its operation.

Preservation Month 2025 - Infrastructure New Haven Green (ca. 1638) The Green has been a gathering place for the public and the City’s religious, civic, and cultural center. It has distinctive architecture and landscape design and is a designated a National Historic Landmark.

Preservation Month- Infrastructure, Long Wharf Pier The Pier played a significant role in New Haven’s maritime history and the City’s growth. It's a major engineering achievement by William Lanson (ca. 1781–1851), a prominent member of New Haven’s African American community.
