Black Panther is going to be broken and perma ban in S7 again. We already went through this before and the game was in an absolutely miserable state! No cooldown on his double jump, better/easier mobility on kick, more damage, shorter cooldown on spear. It's over. #MarvelRivals

@KitasanMR Nah this sets up Captain America to get more buffs in the future. Can't buff a character that uses something that's an unintended part of their gameplay. He honestly would've received more nerfs if they kept the animation cancel. Instead they should work it into his kit
