@Marks_1616 @MDConX Look at vsync. If it's off. Turn on and run the game. Then it off. Close the app and re launch. Fixed it for me.

Update on this issue, I was told by @MDConX to try disabling "real time protection" in Windows security and so far it's fixed the issue. So if you are having this problem give that ago!
