The ending of Scooby-Doo and the Alien Invaders (2000) flips the whole mystery on its head. After all the usual unmasking, it turns out the only real “aliens” were the kind ones, and Shaggy and Scooby just have to let them go.

Then after Channel Chasers it was downhil from there.
And after the School's Out Musical is when it REALLY went downhill.

Funny how Fairly Odd Parents was Spongebob-level big back in the day, but now has a small cultural footprint outside of a few nostalgic millennials.
Meanwhile Invader Zim, a show Nick abandoned after two years, has endured as one of the most influential works of the 00s.

@deedeevertigo I actually had the premiere episode on a VHS tape of mine back in 2005, that I eventually recorded over with.
The show was okay but, it was a bit directionless and didn't really go anywhere.
Yeah and Kari and Sora from Digimon and Phil and Lil from Rugrats were in this.
