2024 Colin Jenkins came to us with already having some elite ROM, specifically his shoulder ER. The big focus for Colin was allowing him to have stability in his end range at high intensity. He jumped 10 mph in a few months and has gained a total of 12 MPH in a 18 months! 81-93!

Always tough to see a season come to an end! I enjoyed this gritty group. Wins and losses will be forgot but relationships will last a lifetime. I love each of you guys! Go dogs! @MGCCC_Baseball @MGCCCBulldogs
