385 pounds on trap bar deadlift for 5 reps a few days ago after Track practice💪

I had a great time with a few of my friends and staff from our High School visit our local middle school, Hickory Creek to talk to the 8th graders all about high school and what to expect come Freshman year. It was amazing being able to represent our High School! Go Blue 🔵
