The fact of the matter is simple: If you deposit onto an exchange, you operate as an EXCHANGE and that's all there is to it. You're not playing LARP police officer. Unless you have a REASON TO BELIEVE THAT THE USER IS COMMITTING A CRIME [notified by federal agencies or highlighted stolen funds], There's no reason to hold money hostage. EVER. It is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. If the user had deposited 10K, OX wouldn't have stole it. They stole it because 1M to them IS A LOT OF MONEY. This is a SUPER CLASSIC crypto casino scam. OX is no different. You should NEVER trust sketchy third-tier exchanges advertising themselves as pioneers of new trading instruments. I've been working with some of their DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEES and trust me when I tell you - THE EVIDENCE IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE! Their OWN "EMPLOYEES" HATE the leadership. I've been told stories with picture proof of things that would blow your mind. In fact, I'm genuinely contemplating how to drop this BOMBSHELL. From being sexual predators to planning theft. THEY'VE BEEN LEAKING EVERYTHING TO ME, AS IF THEY'VE BEEN WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO STEP UP! This isn't even about the guy getting scammed now, It's about protecting the CRYPTO COMMUNITY from OUTRIGHT CROOKS and SERIAL SCAMMERS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zhu and his associates release the funds or I go public with EVERYTHING that OX [previously known as that dogshit "lamb"] have done. ~ Dr. "Wallahi It's Looking Peak" Axius. Everyone should remove your funds from @OXFUNHQ immediately! 🚨 @thejefedao , a collective of artists that I've worked with previously, deposited $1M into the OXFUN platform and is unable to withdraw. Founders have blocked them and neglected to resolve the issue. Now it's coming to light that OXFUN is actually trying to extort JefeDAO for marketing purposes, attempting to force JefeDAO to negotiate with what boils down to Onchain terrorists. This is foul. Everyone should share this for awareness and force the hand of OXFUN to return the stolen funds in full, with no further obligations or conditions needed to be met. OXFUN are acting like criminals. If you wear their affiliate badge, I'd be embarrassed. Although looking around, honestly I question many of you and your ethics as well.

.@nicodotfun the founder of @OXFUNHQ DMd us saying the only way to get the $1m USDC that they stole back is to give them free promotion for 5 months I literally know this is 100% fraud just based on the fact that it is highly unusual and suspicious for an exchange to request the promotion of their social media accounts as a condition to return someone’s funds. OX FUN is a scam exchange and I will keep posting until my funds are returned in full. This is extortion.

One of our DAO members deposited $1m USDC into @OXFUNHQ last week. A few hours later, we attempted to withdraw funds and they were locked. They stated that we “violated terms of service” but won’t tell us what we did.
