@Sharebite @PretUsa Went this morning to get my coffee for national coffee day and told my coworker, had him download the app to get his coffee and he was denied and told that he needed to have Pret perks in order to get the coffee when the promotion did not say that. I was very disappointed ☹️.

@selle3677 Upon further review of the photos, we see that they are in a clear bag inside the shop. This is how our partners at City Harvest pick them up! We keep them refridgerated until they arrive which is usually after hours. We hope this helps!

I appreciate you taking this seriously as I see so many in the local community who are truly hungry and I am sure they would love to enjoy the food from your stores if possible.
The store is at 400 Park Ave in Manhattan and it was this past Sunday early AM about 6.

Hi Sadie, Can you let us know which shop you saw this at near Park Ave and the approximate date and time? We will certainly investigate what happened here. We do everything we can to help feed our local communities through food donations but there are sometimes rare circumstances that can affect a timely donation pick up. We will continue to work closely with our food rescue partners to optimize the pick-up process and ensure as much food as possible is rescued.

1. I pick up their Egg salad sandwich that clearly states it costs $5
2. I go to pay, they try charging $14
3. I point out the mistake.
4. They rescan for $8.44

Horrible experience at @PretUsa at 47 St and Lexington store and their customer service doesn't even react to the emails.
If they treat their long-time customers like this, I don't want to know how they treat regular customers.
