Today's park run completed, happy to have my daughter there for support, Battle of Britain church service tomorrow morning.

Minding my own business in Aldi and the check out girl recognises me from cadets - she had a melt down during a national music competition and cried all over my No 1s - will never forget her!! How lovely to see her again. Ex 169 where I now volunteer!

24/06/23, 119 Sqn attended North Lincs AFD. The cadets joined a parade & the cadets showed what amazing young people we have in N Lincs, watched by Mayor of N Lincs, VIPs included OC C&E Yorks Wing.. The Sqn band entertained the crowds on stage. @aircadets @ComdtAC @CEYorks

Honoured to be part of the #coronation with thousands of others who played their part. I'm very aware that our armed forces, police officers & others have been marching or standing for hours as part of the ceremony or to keep us all safe. In comparison, my job was rather easier.

Proud parent moment, when your daughter is in the RAF contingent for the Coronation Parade What an honour for her and well done to all of the military involved.
