HCS 3058 is moving forward! This bill creating a registry of persistent domestic violence offenders has unanimously passed out of committee. I am proud to sponsor this bill as it is a big step toward accountability and survivor safety.

I know the gaps in our system because I’ve lived them. I filed HB 3058 to turn that experience into action. By creating an offender registry and a Prevention Fund, we’re closing loopholes that leave survivors at risk. No more excuses.
