We want to thank our community for the concern and support you’ve shown following the recent animal cruelty and neglect case.
In total, 117 animals were rescued from the Northglenn residence:
🐾 96 cats
🐾 19 dogs
💔 2 deceased animals found inside the home
All surviving animals are receiving the care they need thanks to our partners at Riverdale Animal Shelter.
Many of you have asked how you can help, and we are so grateful. Here's how you can support Riverdale Animal Shelter during this busy time:
🐱 Donate Supplies
They’re especially in need of:
• Purina brand food (especially kitten food!)
• Soft dog treats
• Towels (new or gently used)
• Small cardboard boxes, toilet paper/paper towel rolls, and newspaper
📌 Please check their Donation Guidelines online before dropping off items.
🏡 Foster or Volunteer
Give your time: whether at the shelter or by opening your home to an animal in need.
💛 Make a Monetary Donation
Every dollar helps provide food, care, and shelter. Donations can be made on their website.
