WOW! Congratulations and a huge WELL DONE to our Year 6 children for their amazing performances of Bugsy and Shrek this week. We could not be more proud of them all and we hope you enjoyed the show if you were able to attend.

In Early Years out topic is based on 'Under The Sea' - a non-fiction book. We looked at sea creatures and created a display for Art week. The children created handprint jellyfish, crabs, and fish and learned BSL for a whale, jellyfish, turtle, and shark! @EvolutionTrust

London Marathon 2024! Mr Smith completed his run in 4 hours and 16 minutes - we are very proud of him! After the colour run last week, we are ready for our next challenge - the mini marathon. We are all going to run 2.6 miles!

Last week was BSL Week. We wore blue to show our support. The children enjoyed a BSL trail to crack the code to decipher messages. We were very impressed with their fingerspelling alphabet skills. @EvolutionTrust @BritishSignBSL

Our fabulous country dancers performed this afternoon to an audience of friends and family. They practised the three circle dances and a set dance in their club after school. Children from all year groups worked collaboratively to learn a new genre of dance. @EvolutionTrust

Our Rock Steady bands raised the roof on Friday morning at their concert to the school and family members. It was incredible to see children from across the year groups working together, entertaining us all and showcasing their musical talent. @EvolutionTrust

This afternoon, 300 children and parents from #elmtreefamily were out in force at the Norwich City Women v QPR match at Carrow Road. Almost 5% of the 6000 strong crowd were from Elm Tree. Norwich played brilliantly with a final score or 2:2. @EvolutionTrust @NorwichCityWFC

The Year 3 have looked at the nutritional value of food and its effect on our physical and mental health. Pupils practised methods for preparing a range of vegetables and created delicious noodle salads. @EvolutionTrust
