@LivEchoEFC @Iancroll1 Seems reasonably straight forward.
Gueye is there to break up the play and occasionally help with the high press.
Garner is there to drop deep when needed to get on the ball and then either a) dribble forwards into space or b) find a forward pass.
English

🗣️ “From the three midfielders… what is their job? I really don’t know what Idrissa Gueye’s job is on the pitch. There’s no cohesion in the midfield.”
🎙️ @Iancroll1 questions Everton’s James Garner & Idrissa Gueye midfield partnership.

@DanielKebedeNEU @NEUnion It is a vital step...if the parents choose to spend that extra money wisely. Unfortunately, we know that's not always the case.
I think parental responsibility seems to be diminishing, year on year, while schools continue to be expected to do more and more with less and less.

@FPLMate @OfficialFPL Top scoring GK for the past two seasons isn't he?
English

@OfficialFPL Oh wow… that feels expensive.
If Tarkowski comes in cheaper with his new defensive contributions points, surely it’s a no brainer?

The first goalkeeper price reveal of #FPL 2025/26, as chosen by our WhatsApp followers 🧤
Jordan Pickford is coming in at £5.5m!

@HansiHitler @LetsTalk_FPL Didn't just mean for this week. It's not the first time Andy has posted about Cunha

@JennyMcLachlan1 The children do better Crowky voices than me I think! We're now on Chapter 12 of Return to Roar - they can't get enough!

Almost finished reading 'Land of Roar' to yet another class. Must be the 5th or 6th time I've read it, and not only do I still enjoy reading it, but the children, once again, love it too!
They've even created a Land of Roar playtime game! Fantastic book @JennyMcLachlan1

@lottgibbons I'm not sure 'after watching an Everton match with him' is relevant to the story? Likely to start some pretty obvious jokes as well.
Poor journalism.

@MartinSLewis Roses is criminally low! What on earth is going on here?!?!

@PrimaryRocks1 @AdrianBethune @BeckyFrancis7 What a question to start, really tough.
Perhaps controversially, I think I would have to say art; least transferable set of skills/knowledge out of all of the curriculum subjects IMO.
English

@jonnybid I've been teaching 8 years and have absolutely no intention of moving up the ladder.
I got into teaching to be inside the classroom and that's where I'd like to stay.
English

@PrimaryRocks1 It's not inconsistent, my apologies if I've explained poorly. Everybody sets homework and a lot of it is pretty similar, I just don't agree that setting homework is a good thing to do or even beneficial for the children.
English

@PrimaryTeachMFL Do you not get into bother for making optional? Creating inconsistency across the school?

English

@PrimaryRocks1 We set it as a school yes - but I still disagree with the premise of it!
English

@PrimaryRocks1 No point to homework. Usually, it's the children who are already doing well in education that complete it and the children who really need the extra support from home who don't.
I don't see any benefits to homework whatsoever.
English

@grahamandre @PrimaryRocks1 I love music assemblies as long as I can hide it the back and not be involved in any way!
'Spectate not participate' is my motto when it comes to those kind of things!
English

@PrimaryRocks1 @PrimaryTeachMFL I love assemblies too Gaz, ive already started doing music assemblies at my new school. I am not music lead but just love sharing different types, styles, genres of music. Gives kids a real appreciation #PrimaryRocks
