I miss the era when many girls simply wanted their man to have his own place, no matter how small.

A space where she could visit, spend quality time, and not have to deal with two or three roommates.
These days, it feels like expectations have changed.
Even after you get your own place, the questions begin: the size, the location, the interior, the furniture—it all has to meet a certain standard.
Relationships used to feel more about commitment than aesthetics.
Now, for some people, appearances seem to matter more than the relationship itself.
Many won't even consider building with a man who's just starting out in a single-room apartment. To them, it's a dealbreaker.
Ironically, some making these demands come from very humble backgrounds.
Everything feels monetized.
You invite her over—you pay the transport.
You ask to see her—you pay for her hair.
You go on a date—you cover the bill.
You start dating—she expects an allowance. 🤡
We've created a culture where some people have expensive tastes but no desire to contribute or build.
Thankfully, there are still women who are willing to grow with a man. Sadly, they're often overlooked or taken for granted.
