We’re really sorry for the lack of response here on X. The team has been much more active on Telegram, where we usually reply very quickly, but that’s not an excuse for missing your message. We’re a small team and have been focused on keeping the protocol running and sustainable. For more than 3 years, we paid 7% rewards, which meant we effectively covered around 6M XDC in losses from our side over that period. In January 2026, we lowered the rate to ~4.5% to keep the system healthy in the long term. You’re right that communication matters as much as shipping features. We’ll do better and be more present here on X going forward so situations like this don’t repeat. Thanks for holding us to a higher standard.

Appreciate the transparency in this post about the migration mechanics — genuinely. But I have to be honest about how this landed for me. I reached out during the June lockup with no response. For 30 days, XDC in the vault earned zero yield during the migration window, and that fact only surfaced now, buried in a feature announcement, weeks after the fact. If it was known in real time, it should've been communicated in real time — not disclosed retroactively alongside good news. This isn't about whether pausing rewards during a migration was reasonable. It's about being left in the dark while it was happening, with no acknowledgment when I tried to ask directly. Trust in this space is built on how teams communicate when something isn't going perfectly, not just on shipping features afterward. Worth raising too — you've now added a LayerZero-based multichain bridge and you're advertising a 4-verifier (Canary, LayerZero Labs, Horizen, Nethermind) setup. That's the right architecture — Kelp DAO's $292M LayerZero bridge hack in April happened specifically because they ran a 1-of-1 verifier config, not a multi-DVN one like you're claiming. So I'm not saying you have that exposure. I'm saying: given what a single-verifier failure just cost another protocol, "trust us" isn't enough. Publish the audit confirming the 4-verifier setup is actually live and independently reviewed, not just stated in a blog post. Communication needs to match the "non-custodial, no human in the loop" language you're using. Right now it doesn't.

@PrimeNumbersFi Can someone please clarify the PRNT → PRFI migration process for self-custody holders? I followed your Nov 4, 2024 Medium instructions: removed PRNT from Bitrue, moved to my XDC wallet before the Nov 21 snapshot, and still control that same wallet. The article said after TGE a claim portal would be released and would remain available even years later for holders who forgot about their PRNT. I have connected to PrimeFi / PrimeStaking but cannot locate the claim portal anywhere. Where is the official PRFI claim portal for snapshot PRNT holders?
