@virginmedia why not?? I work from home and you're costing me money. I am literally unable to work without sourcing further data. I have been a virgin customer for over 4 years - I WILL leave if I am not fully compensated.

@virginmedia £8.40 for a day of loss of service is not going to cover what I'm paying. I've spent my entire airtime bill (£26) using all 30GB of data. I've just bought 12GB of data at £30.50 Plz confirm you will cover ALL of my phone bill and bolt-ons I have bought to cover your faults.
