To every Arsenal fan,
I don’t even know where to begin but I have to say I’m sorry.
What happened yesterday is on me. One moment, one decision and it changed everything. I’ve replayed it over and over in my head and it hurts knowing I let the team and every single one of you down.
I know what this club means. I know what it means to fight for every point, every position, every dream. And in a moment where we needed composure, I made the wrong choice. There are no excuses for that.
Seeing the disappointment, the anger, I understand it. Honestly I feel it too. Probably even more. Because when you wear this badge, you carry millions with you and yesterday I didn’t carry it the way I should have.
All I can promise is this I won’t hide. I won’t shy away from it. I will take it, learn from it and use it. Because moments like this either break you or build you and I refuse to let it break me.
I will come back stronger. For the team. For this club. For you.
I’m truly sorry.

@Blue_Footy Yall won’t under this how Laim Rosenior satarted . When you are given the job u can’t do it
English

Lack of intensity out of possession is a massive problem for Liam Rosenior. He should consider a low or deep block and use Garnacho and Neto on the wings for transitions.
That way, we can keep it tighter at the back and play more on the counter like Maresca did towards the end of last season when we needed results badly.
We just can't keep playing this way and expecting to win games.
English

@Blue_Footy Basically because your coach is dump. He doesn’t know what he is doing
English

@ChelsTransfer Jao Pedro ain’t even running again , he has been jogging all game since the PSG game in Paris. The coach stinks and Fofana is rubbish, pure rubbish of a player
English

@Blue_Footy You always have something to defend these rubbish of defenders
English

People are saying that Fofana couldn't run to defend Gordon's goal because he was fasting. 😂
That was just one very important sprint to make in the middle of first half not close to full time.
Nothing there suggest tiredness, just lack of willingness to burst his lungs to defend or complete lack of awareness.
English

Chelsea and @Blue_Footy will come and tell you they are copying Brighton model but look at Brighton play a 40 & 30 years old midfielders and a 35year old striker. Then Chelsea and Co will come and give us future quotes.
English

@Blue_Footy This plenty talk is just to do PR for the BlueCo people . What they are doing ain’t helping field performance which is what every investor sees . Impressions count ankasa

✍️ In a Football Club structure where the Sporting Director makes decisions for the head coach, I can't really blame the coach.
You blame the coach when they are in control of the club like Arteta and Pep. If the coach's request gets overturned, why blame him when things don't work. Just like Maresca wanted a CB and told no, and they it became a major issue the affected our performance. Would you blame Maresca?
For me, I believe every coach has a good future and idea but needs a club that will support and bring it to life. If Edu didn't support Arteta, he won't last long enough to see his team at the top and probably won't get another job. I remember Klopp's first two seasons at Liverpool or Pep's first season at City, they had the back of their clubs to overhaul and rebuild.
This is key point, when you hire a coach, you already know his strengths and weaknesses, because you did your homework on him before hiring him. There is no such thing as a perfect manager, everyone of them needs the support of the club to be successful. It's as simple as that.
If you hire a manager and feel he's for the future, then back him, get him the players, the support, listen to him, make him feel comfortable and feel the trust.
In the Premier League, the sporting directors are over protected. They control everything in the background, make decisions for the coach and let the coaches feel the wrath of the fans when things aren't going well. They need to feel the heat too.
If you feel that coaches are the problem at Chelsea, you're either emotionally lost or can't put your head in the right place to think logically. I will blame coaches at Chelsea when they are placed above the SDs and have the final say on key decisions. Until then, there isn't much they can do other than coach. We can only pray they get along with the SDs to be able to get the needed support to be successful.
In my opinion, our SDs need to sit up, back the head coach and actually build a team that will be competitive. Do I think Liam Rosenior is a poor choice? No. But he's stubborn. He's one of those coach that goes by "my way or no other way". While he was allowed to take 4-5 months to build coach squad to play his football and get results, he won't have that time at Chelsea.
If the SDs who know this fail to provide him the players he will require in the summer and hang him dry, he will fail next season and I hope he does not get the blame alone.
Maybe, then it will be time to review the SDs and their activities so far.

@Sunmonutunde1 @A_kinola02 See some joke of a post…. Who signed Juan Mata , Benayoun, Oscar, Zhirkov, Jorginho & Haverts ? Just don’t say things that back ur narrative to post bunkus🫣. Marina would have signed Enzo 10x. Just that there won’t be sooo much drama .

Some fans are criticizing the board while praising Enzo Fernández, but under Roman Abramovich, Chelsea would never have spent £105m on a midfielder with his profile. In fact, it is possible that he would never have played for us at all. Chelsea often prioritized physical, dominant midfielders or fully developed controllers, not players still adapting tactically to the league.
The club’s past recruitment focused on proven, elite players at more controlled fees. Speaking of standard you people overrate Enzo Fernandez too much.
