Unacceptable conduct by ICICI Bank recovery staff. An agent visited my home without any prior intimation. My mother is seriously ill and I do not live there. When I called the manager, he said: “Defaulters are visited without notice.” @RBI @ICICIBank look into this

@FibeSupport My reference number and contact list got a call from your recoveryagency and my loan amount details disclosed which is breach of RBI policy. Moreover,my reference person was abused by the agency person. I have audio recording of the same.@nsitharaman @RBI @Cyberdost
