I love people that are intense. Intense doesn't mean chaotic, it means passionate. It's people who pour all their heart and energy into the things they love. It's people who see beauty everywhere. It's people who have a mission and are raw and authentic. That is attractive

outgrowing my own bs, I really wanna be the absolute best man I can be.

The most dangerous thing about leaving Earth isn’t the vacuum. It’s the clarity. When astronauts return from long missions, most talk about the Overview Effect in poetic terms. They describe seeing Earth as fragile, borderless, beautiful. What rarely gets reported is the second layer of that experience — the part where the beauty curdles into something more disturbing. Because once you’ve watched the planet from that altitude long enough, the human activity you observe starts to look less like civilization and more like a colony of organisms running programs they never consciously chose. Wars over invisible lines. Cities choking on their own exhaust. Seven billion people sprinting toward goals that were handed to them before they were old enough to question whether they wanted them. I don’t think the “Big Lie about humanity” he’s describing is some kind of a conspiracy. It’s something quieter and far more pervasive. It’s the collective hallucination that the world you were handed at birth is the world as it actually is. That the values you absorbed from your culture are the values that exist in nature. That the urgency you feel about status, money, and approval reflects something real about the universe rather than something manufactured by systems that benefit from your compliance. Orbital altitude strips that hallucination away with brutal efficiency. Gravity keeps more than your body on the ground. It keeps your perspective locked inside the consensus. Astronauts who spend months outside that gravity field don’t just lose bone density. They lose the psychological weight of inherited assumptions. And when those assumptions lift, what sits underneath them is a question most humans never get forced to confront in a lifetime. What would you actually want if nobody had ever told you what to want? The Big Lie was never about them. It was always about that question and how hard the entire structure of modern life works to make sure you never stop long enough to ask it.

Please be brave enough to go after what you really want and not the lesser version.

When he died eight days ago, his face was everywhere. Every platform carried his photo. Everyone had something to say. The timelines were heavy with grief. For two days, it felt as though the whole country paused. But eight days later, the noise has faded. His name is no longer on people’s lips. His image has been swept aside like dust in harmattan wind. Life has continued, as it always does. Only his family still sits with the real weight of it. Only they feel the ache that does not trend and does not expire. Are we meant to mourn forever? But there is something sobering about how quickly the world moves on when a person dies. It reminds you that applause is brief, attention is fleeting, and the crowd does not stay long. So laugh while your lungs are strong enough to carry it. Cry when you must. Love deeply and allow yourself to be loved in return. Travel if you can. Eat good food. Sit with friends and merry. Forgive quickly. Carry no hatred in your chest; it is too heavy for such a short journey. Do that thing you have been postponing. Stop telling yourself “one day.” Help someone. Share what you have. Give, even if it is small. All we truly have is now. The present hour. Make every second, minute, and hour count. Live your best life.

We have to talk about mental health all the time. Normalize it. Stop treating athletes as disposable chess pieces. They are human beings. They are dealing with their own demons just like everyone else while the entire world dissects their every move. We are human before we are anything else.

You are loved. You are heard. You are enough. You are not alone. You are valued. You are seen. You are strong. You are worthy. You are needed. If you’re struggling, ask for help

Imma keep it a stack.. I don’t care, I’m retired I’ll say what I want. These NFL teams come out here and post these mental health awareness posts talking about they care about players “don’t be afraid to reach out”etc. All they care about is what you bring to the table when it’s game day. Most players don’t wanna get help inside the building of an NFL organization because they know you’ll get looked at differently. You go to a staff member tell em you struggling watch how different they start treating and looking at you. I seen it first hand.. I’ll start believing they care about player health when the Owner, GM, & head coach treat everyone on that roster the same from the franchise QB to the janitor. Until then don’t tell me they care cause they posted some hotline number when shit like this happens. I’m here for any of my brothers that just wanna talk and shoot the shit. I love y’all. I care about y’all. I’m here for y’all.

I’m generally opposed to milking these franchises dry until they’re nothing but a shriveled husk, but if this movie is going to villainize iPads and scold parents who use screens to babysit their kids then I wholly support it. This may be the only “part 5” movie that has ever had a valid reason to exist.
