@PunjabiPiccolo We need systematic and political change in our gurdwareh. Older committees need to be challenged. Public debates should happen where educated Sikhs expose the lacklustre committee members who don't even know the basics of sikhi. Ultimate answer is us.

Every Gurdwara should have a gym and a place for people to learn more about Sikhi. So many Gurdware are run by money hungry committee members who have no interest in truly making improvements to the panth. When will this change? What is it going to take?

@PunjabiPiccolo Our local gware have yoga classes for the elderly but no boxing/wrestling/MMA/Gatka classes for the youth. They pay extortionate amounts for construction but won't agree to pay for a coach to come in once a week and teach the youth.

@PunjabiPiccolo I think only way is for the younger generation to get involved. As much as it pains me to say, the older generation in these committees have let the panth down and care more about power and status within their small circles. Only way is to edge them out and make change ourselves
