As a man Nobody cares about what is going on in your life. People pretend to care but they don't. Chase your dreams with no fear or shame. Because once you're poor, broke, and weak Everyone will abandon you.

Your ex-girlfriend will find a new man. She'll fall in love with him and be happy. But she'll get mad at you when she finds out you have a more attractive girl and a more exciting life. Level up.

You're a man. Forgive your parents. Forgive your ex-girlfriend. Forgive your former boss. Forgive your fake friends. It doesn’t matter how bad they wronged you. Grudges hold you back. Never revenge, heal, and move on with your life. That shit delays your blessings.

MAN to MAN: STOP ignoring yourself. - Fix your posture. - Get a fresh haircut. - Take care of your skin. - Eat food that gives you energy. - Get fit. When you look good, you feel good. When you feel good, you do good. Put in the effort. Invest in YOURSELF.

Women peak young. Men peak later. At 18, she shines. At 30, he rises. Women age like milk. Men age like wine. Lock in. You got this.

@Nimisioluwa x.com/i/status/20548… Nothing you guys will manufacture here will make me pity Uncle Frank Edoho. A man that have blown through 2 marriages is no victim, he's the common denominator. Either he has a poor choice in women or he's THE fault. He should apologise to Katherine.

@bigHotbaby1 Men, marry age appropriate women. All of you looking for arm candy will meet similar fate. It will get to a point when the 'arm candy' will find staying close to you repulsive and would want someone of similar age as they would likely share similar interests. Frank Edoho

“Very unlike me, I just finished listening to the 90+ minute recorded call between Sandra and Chike, and I noticed the tollowing: Sandra never said Frank did anything wrong to her. Throughout the entire call, she never accused him of che@ting on her. Clearly, the chfating allegations she is now making appear to be an afterthought and mere propaganda. She acknowledged in the call that she is the che@ter. Very clearly and unmistakably stated. In fact, on more than two occasions, she admitted that it was not Frank's fault. She also acknowledged that he had every right to be angry. Frank was willing to forgive her if she could stop talking to Chike - something she herself admitted would be difficult, even asking Chike whether he could do without her. When the news first broke on social media, Frank even posted a picture of the two of them together in an attempt to manage the damage. The man genuinely wanted the relationship to work. He was prepared to forgive. The so-called "malice" from Frank only began after he obtained evidence that Sandra was chfating on him. It was at that point that he started withdrawing and keeping to himself. So, is anyone expecting a man who has raw evidence of his wife having sexual affairs with another man to be hugging the woman? I just don't understand what's going before our eyes. Remember, this was a secretly recorded conversation, so it was as raw and genuine as it could possibly be. Now tell me again — what exactly was Frank's offence? My brother, I genuinely pity young people today. Things have deteriorated badly. I honestly fear for what marriage will look like in the next 15 years. At this rate, it may well be heading towards extinction. —Bernard Obimma

I overheard a successful business man talking to a younger one that was saying his advice was boring. The older replied “you know what’s exciting? Poverty! Extremely exciting. Never a dull moment!” Always remembered that.
