@PrincessCruises I have been booking an Alaska Cruise tour, through Princess. It has been a horrible experience. I think it have questions. I always get a different person when I call and the answers range from I don't know to totally wrong. Poor training for the phone people.

@PrincessCruises I am currently on Star Princess in Room 14247. I have contacted guest services twice about the constant loud creaking noises in our room. Their solution was ear plugs and a credit to a future cruise. I didn’t sleep at all last night & have 3 more days to go!

@PrincessCruises I'm curious about your table game strategy on the Ruby Princess. You have three $10 and $15 min tables paying 6:5 blackjack, which sit completely empty (see 6:5) 1 $100 min table paying 3:2 which sits empty (see $100) and one completely full $25 table paying 3:2 with people waiting while the pit boss allows people to sit out hands till the vibe changes and another playing multiple hands. Again with people waiting. Dealers just standing there at empty tables that could easily be made the tables people want to play. Whose niece or nephew is the casino manager?

@PrincessCruises not so great balcony view we paid for. On one of only 2 ship days. Been waiting all day for room turn and now it’s dinner time. Really puts a downer on the first cruise experience for the kids. And can’t access the mirror to get ready for formal night!

@PrincessCruises Had to cancel an Alaskan cruise in June . We paid $290 and $80 initially to reserve . Understand we forfeit $ 250 to cancel but have not seen the extra $120 the agent said would be refunded .
