@PrincessCruises It's OK, finally I had to telephone to get a response. The response was unable to change my flight that was pushed back to 5pm from Rome even though there is an earlier one at 11am. So after what I do hope is a lovely cruise we will send the whole day at the airport!

@PrincessCruises Island Princess from June 24th mishandled my small backpack. I reported immediately on board. Nothing happened. They declined to ship to next port, last Hotel (princess owned). Still waiting for it to arrive at my home.
Called 7 times already. No luck.

@PrincessCruises We just got off the Sky Princess, and we never got 2 cruises of a total of 28 days added to our sailing days.
We were told on the ship their was an issue.
Any idea when this issue will be resolved because this is happening to everyone who cruises on Princess

@PrincessCruises on the Ruby Princess booked a nice room with a view for a fun quiet vacation & it has been horrible since day one. construction non stop from 8am until 6pm every day so far. Was told there is nothing they can do and they stop during quiet times so deal with it.
