@PrincessCruises as a deaf person ( no ability to hear out one side and i lip read) I went to your guest services on Enchanted today with a complaint and was told to speak quieter. Can u advise thats standard procedure? You're fully aware as I have told you 3 times I cant hear

@PrincessCruises hi can you advise if this cruise or any other princess cruises cross the Antarctic circle? Know there're some cruise companies that do but it's not clear in itinerary or the map shown.( it looks like it doesn't and this is one of my goals of cruise )

@PrincessCruises Our January cruise was great until the trip home and then it wasn’t! Our flight home was canceled due to winter storm Fern on a Sunday. Princess wasn’t answering their phone. Three months later we have not received our $700 refund for the cancelled flight. Worst customer service.

@CruiseBuzz @PrincessCruises You’ll love them until your trip hits a snag! Our post cruise EZ-Air flight was cancelled due to weather and three months later we still haven’t been refunded our $700! Post cruise customer service is non-existent with Princess! Buyer beware!!
