Our Kickstart Karate Winter Belt Ceremony @DeWitt_Perry was not only jam packed full of action, but also very inspiring to see how Karate has help our students grow and find inner strength. So proud of our Perry Eagles!

Congratulations to those who were recognized at tonight’s board meeting! 🌟 CFB Champion Award ▪️ CFBISD Director of Facility Services, Bobby Shaw, was honored for earning the 2025 TASBO Pathfinder Award. This award celebrates operations leaders who demonstrate innovation, quick responses, and a strong connection to students and staff. 🏆 Student Recognitions ▪️ Jonathan Ibarra from Perry Middle School was recognized for his bravery when his home caught on fire. His quick thinking and heroic actions saved his grandfather’s life. Jonathan was also honored by Carrollton Fire Rescue and the Carrollton Police Department and presented with a life-saving certificate. 🚒 PTA Awards ▪️Congratulations to Kent Elementary and Creekview High School for earning the November Challenge Award. 🏅

This holiday season, lets spread a little kindness throughout Perry, our homes, and our community.  Each day in December students and staff have an opportunity to spread kindness with a different activity.  Let’s all help spread joy this holiday season!❤️🦅
