It genuinely warms my heart that there are in fact some folks that had a rough first introduction to me on Twitter (usually because I criticized something they said) who are mutuals now because we can appreciate each other enough to agree to disagree on some things.

@keithedwards If you have ever confronted a loved one regarding an addiction issue, you’ll likely feel uncomfortable listening to this recording. Miller’s words & tone in response to the confrontation sounds very much in line with how a highly functioning drug user would react if confronted.

For the record I did not participate in Haley Stevens phone bank. I thought it was a funny joke at the time, but I deleted it when I realized that it was being taken seriously. My bad for not making it crystal clear that it wasn't serious. Telling a candidate that they're awful to their face is a touchstone of our 1st Amendment. But the practice of door knocking and phone banking are integral to our democracy. Let's go Michigan, you got this!

@shesrightshow When it's a Communist vs a Fascist, I protest vote. They won't keep me away from the polls but I will never cosign Communism. Better dead than red. The reds don't even hide "libs get the bullet."

Blue No Matter Who means a viable liberal. It applies to NE Senate Independent Dan Osborn. It doesn't apply to communists guaranteed to tank a race and the party running as a Democrat. When it's just DSA vs a fascist, better red than dead. But that's a separate thing. Thanks.

@MorgueMews I know it isn't everyone's cup of tea, but Human Centipede is actually not particularly gross and is triple-S for body horror and suspense. The Thing is a fucking masterpiece.
