@TheHeretic7051 @AmiriKing My uncle did this. He and his wife moved to a very small town. Bought a house deep in the woods. Two of his 3 daughters found and married the only 2 black guys within 100 miles from them. He died of heart failure in his early 60's.

I lived “there” nearly my entire childhood. I didn’t get any money. Instead, what I got was a motivation and desire to work hard and never live “there” again. Which I’ve done. My kids rarely see blacks. They go to school with no blacks. I live in a city with hardly any blacks. My neighborhood has no blacks. Blacks are less than 3% of my city and yet are responsible for over 60% of the crime. Which is extremely low due to the low percentage of blacks. Thankfully they’ve all basically been caged into a few square blocks so humans know better than to go to those streets.

You can live here for one year. At the end of the year you receive a bag containing $150k in cash. You doing it? Serious question.

Elevators used to be manually operated and were especially risky if the operator was tired or inebriated. Now, you just get in, press a button and a modern elevator, if inspected regularly, is extremely safe.
