Shame on you @PriorityHealth I was urgently appealing a denial for Keytruda for Your initial denial cited missing PD-L1 testing; however, the PD-L1 (22C3) CPS score is 50, now completed and attached, fully meeting clinical criteria for Keytruda.

@PriorityHealth If you like being frustrated, sign up for Priority Healthcare and try to use your OTC benefit dollars. Their on-line website is a joke, their prices are designed to eat up the allocation, and find a store section does not work. Try enrolling in a competent company, this is not one.

@PriorityHealth I cannot call and talk to a person. After 6 attempts at calling, getting options that don't apply, no option to speak to anyone, and getting hung up on, I am beyond upset. Why can I not speak to someone?
