I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with @PristynCare who handles insurance claim. I underwent surgery on 28/12/2025, coordinated through Pristyn Care. However, i was asked to visit Diyos Hospital, which is approx 36 km away from my location. This came as a complete surprise because, for the surgery itself, I was asked to visit a nearby Apollo Hospital. If I know this beforehand, I would have reconsidered whether to proceed through Pristyn Care or directly with the hospital. What concerns me most is the lack of consideration for a patient’s condition after surgery. It is extremely difficult to travel such a long distance while experiencing lower-body pain and post-operative discomfort. I’m talking follow-ups for a review for last 3 days and not responding properly the way they were doing before the surgery and post payment their behaviour is just changed. I request you to review this matter urgently and provide a reasonable alternative or solution, as well as ensure that such information is communicated clearly to patients in advance. Transparency and patient comfort should be top priorities.
