Hi @realmeIndia @realmecareIN I got into this trouble like many others, locked out of my phone and unable to unlock it. I visited service center and now the only solution is to do the hard reset which would make my whole data wipe. Kindly help as the problem is after the update.

@realmecareIN But thats not the solution. I cant lose my important information. You guys dont even provide an option to reset the password or by any other means. This isnt acceptable. Many people have faced the same issue.
