@AirFranceFR @airfrance @AirFranceUK This isn’t good enough at all, I’ve had to pay nearly £600 for a trip that wasn’t even my fault. The entire customer experience from start to finish has been poor! And even after the experience I can’t get appropriate help!! Could you please urge this along!

@airfrance @AirFranceFR @AirFranceUK My experience with Air France was the most traumatic experience. It was my first time I had flown with them to Paris on my first solo trip. Everyone was really horrible to me and AF messed up my entire flight back from start to finish.

@AirFranceUK @AirFranceFR @airfrance I was then spotted by another agent who was helpful and escorted me to customer service. I was then transferred on the next flight the next day but had to buy a hotel for the night. AGAIN, not because of my doings but the companies.

@airfrance @AirFranceUK @AirFranceFR My parents were worried sick and I was all alone. A GIRL ALONE ABORAD. I explained this to the agent she didn’t look like she had a care in the world and shrugged me off and couldn’t tell me what to do next!

@AirFranceUK @airfrance @AirFranceFR It took 40 mins for this to be sorted and I had to the finally check in through security. The systems were down and this again took another 30 mins. By the time this entire shambolic process was done. I was late for my BOARDING by 5 minutes

@airfrance @AirFranceUK @AirFranceFR My boarding pass had voided and they couldn’t tell me why. I was forced to buy another plane ticket by one of the agents which costed another £500 GBP. I was rudely shrugged off and was told to go to check in my luggage.
